TIPS FOR SLEEP TRAINING:
1. Create a Routine: Go to bed at the same time every night. Create a sleep routine with activities such as bathing, massage, and reading stories.
2. Prepare the Sleeping Environment: The room should be dark, quiet and cool (20-22°C).
3. Put him to bed awake: Put the baby in his bed while he is awake, not when he is falling asleep.
4. Reduce Night Feedings: Start reducing night feedings after 6 months.
5. Be Patient: Sleep training takes time. Be consistent and be patient.
