Eczema is a chronic skin disease. It is important to use moisturizer and avoid triggers.

ECZEMA (Atopic Dermatitis): - Chronic skin disease - Itchy red rash - Family history of allergies

SYMPTOMS: - Dry, scaly skin - Red, itchy rash - Face, elbow, back of knee - Fluid-filled blisters - Skin thickening (long-term)

TRIGGERS: - Soaps and shampoos - Synthetic clothing - Dust and pollen - Foods (eggs, milk, wheat) - Stress - Temperature change

TREATMENT: 1. MOISTURIZER: - 2-3 times a day - Perfume-free, for sensitive skin - Immediately after bath

2. CORTISONE CREAM: - During the exacerbation period - With doctor's recommendation - Thin layer

3. OTHER: - Antihistamine (for itching) - Antibiotics (in case of infection)

MAINTENANCE: ✅ Short bath with warm water ✅ Perfume-free products ✅ Cotton clothes ✅ Keep nails short ✅ Prevent scratching
