Fibrous foods, plenty of water consumption and regular toilet habits prevent constipation.

Constipation: - Less than 2 defecations per week - Hard, dry stools - Strain and pain

REASONS: - Insufficient fiber intake - Drink less water - Lack of toilet habits - Excess dairy products - Inactivity - Fear of toilet

TREATMENT:

1. NUTRITION: ✅ Fiber foods (whole grains, vegetables, fruits) ✅ Plenty of water (1-1.5 liters depending on age) ✅ Plum juice, apricot ✅ Probiotic (yoghurt, kefir)

HABIT 2: - Sitting on the toilet at the same time every day - Overcoming fear of toilet - Exercise

3. MEDICINE: - Laxative (doctor's recommendation) - Laxative (avoid long-term use)

PREVENTION: - Balanced diet - Drink plenty of water - Regular toilet habit - Physical activity

NOTE: If constipation becomes chronic, consult a doctor.
