HABIT 2: - Sitting on the toilet at the same time every day - Overcoming fear of toilet - Exercise
3. MEDICINE: - Laxative (doctor's recommendation) - Laxative (avoid long-term use)
PREVENTION: - Balanced diet - Drink plenty of water - Regular toilet habit - Physical activity
