Children should be taught the habit of brushing their teeth when their first tooth comes out.

FIRST TEETH: - 6-8 months: Lower incisors - 8-12 months: Upper incisors - 12-16 months: Side cutters - 16-20 months: Molars - 20-30 months: Milk teeth are completed

TOOTH BRUSHING: - Start when the first tooth comes out - Twice a day (morning-evening) - Brushing time: 2 minutes - Use a baby brush - First toothpaste: 3 years old (cloth size)

PREVENTING TOOTH CARISE: ✅ Limit sugary foods ✅ Avoid sugary drinks ✅ Brush teeth regularly ✅ Use fluoride toothpaste ✅ Go to the dentist every 6 months

NUTRITION: - Sugary snacks should be reduced - Fruit juice should be limited - Milk and cheese are good for dental health

VISIT TO THE DENTIST: - Start when the first tooth comes out - Check every 6 months - If there is a bruise, treat it immediately

FALLING TOOTH: - Baby teeth: Don't worry - Permanent tooth: Bring it in milk or saliva
